Ingredients:
2 cups flaked smoked whitefish
4 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
Four drops of hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Three drops Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
Three drops of liquid smoke flavoring (Optional)
One pinch of seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
Cracked black pepper to taste
Directions:
In the bowl of a food processor, combine whitefish, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seafood spice, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Blend until the mixture has the consistency of a spread.
