Ingredients:
Fritters:
1-quart oil for frying
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
One egg
Ground cayenne pepper to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped conch meat
Two stalks of celery, chopped
½ onion, chopped
½ green bell pepper chopped
Two cloves garlic, chopped
Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Hot sauce , salt, and pepper to taste
Directions:
Oil should be heated to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) in a deep fryer or large saucepan.
Creating the fritters Until smooth, combine the flour, milk, and egg in a big bowl. Cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper are seasonings. Conch meat, celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic are all mixed.
