Four skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
½ cup Italian-style salad dressing
Put the chicken breasts and meat tenderizer in a sealable plastic bag. After thoroughly coating the chicken with the dressing, squeeze out any remaining air and close the bag. For 30 to 1 hour, let the food marinate in the refrigerator.
Lightly oil the grate and preheat an outside grill to medium heat.
Place the chicken on skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices flow clear. A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
