1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. butter

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces

¼ cup hot sauce

4 (10-inch) flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

One celery stalk, diced

½ cup blue cheese dressing



Melt the butter and vegetable oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. The chicken should not be pink in the center, and the juices should run clear after about 10 minutes of cooking and stirring. Take the pan off the stove. Toss the cooked chicken in the hot sauce to coat.

Lay out the flour tortillas and distribute the chicken among them uniformly. Add a garnish of lettuce, celery, and blue cheese dressing to the chicken. The tortilla’s sides are folded, and the wrap is rolled up burrito-style.
